老年综合评估护理在防范老年人院外跌倒中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Comprehensive Evaluation Nursing in Preventing the Elderly from Falling out of Hospital

目的:探讨老年综合评估护理在防范老年人院外跌倒中的应用效果。方法:便利抽取2020年6月~2021年6月我院接诊的50例老年患者作为本次的研究对象。随机分成两组,每组25例。对照组接受常规出院指导,观察组在此基础上接受老年综合评估护理。比较两组患者干预前后跌倒风险评估表评分、跌倒预防知识掌握度评分变化情况、出院后6个月内跌倒发生率以及护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后跌倒风险评估表评分低于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后跌倒预防知识掌握度评分高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院后6个月内跌倒发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,数据间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:老年综合评估护理能够提高老年患者跌倒效能和跌倒预防知识掌握度,降低院外跌倒发生率,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive evaluation nursing in preventing the elderly from falling out of hospital.Methods:A total of 50 elderly patients received in Yichun People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected conveniently for this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was received conventional discharge guidance while the observation group was received comprehensive assessment of elderly care on this basis.The selfmade fall risk assessment form,the fall prevention knowledge,the incidence of falls within 6 months after discharge and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The scores of self-designed fall risk assessment in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),and the scores of knowledge of fall prevention in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The incidence of falls within 6 months after discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group while general nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive evaluation nursing could improve the elderly patient fall efficacy and knowledge of fall prevention as well as reducing the fall incidence out of hospital.Therefore,it is worthy promoting in clinic.
