摘要
在高等院校培养理工科人才的过程中,实验教学能够促使大学生对本专业所学知识有一个直观的认识,在提高学生创新能力和社会竞争力等方面起着至关重要的作用。X射线衍射是一种广泛应用于材料分析的无损检测技术,按照本校材料物理专业培养方案和教学特点,将该技术融入到本专业实验教学中可以使学生深入了解X射线衍射仪的仪器构造、工作原理,熟悉PANalytical公司生产的Empyrean型高分辨衍射仪的操作方法。实验教学中以SrSnO_(3)粉末和薄膜试样为实例,有效帮助学生掌握高分辨X射线衍射仪的测试功能及实际应用。实践证明该教学内容有利于激发学生的科研热情,提高学生的科学素养。
In the process of cultivating science and engineering talents in colleges and universities,experimental teaching could prompt students to have an intuitive understanding of the knowledge they have learned.It plays a vital role in improving student innovation ability and social competitiveness.Xray diffraction is a nondestructive testing technology that is widely used in material analysis.According to the training program and teaching characteristics of material physics in Huaibei Normal University,this technology is integrated into the experimental teaching to make students have a deep understanding of the instrument structure and working principle,and help them become familiar with the operation method of the Empyrean diffraction produced by PANalytical.In the experiment teaching,SrSnO_(3) powders and thin film samples are taken as examples.It effectively helps students to master the test functions and practical applications of the highresolution xray diffraction.Practice has proved that this teaching content is beneficial to stimulate student enthusiasm for scientific research and improves their scientific literacy.
