Research on Reconstruction Strategy of Old Residential Area under Urban Renewal Action--Taking the reconstruction of old residential areas in Qujing City as an example

老旧小区改造是重大的民生工程和发展工程,是完善城市功能、提升居民幸福感、获得感、安全感的重要举措。本文以曲靖市老旧小区改造为例,通过调研明确曲靖市老旧小区存在问题,从强化党建引领、发挥示范引领作用、引导社会资本参与、探索改造新思路、盘活闲置资源等方面介绍了曲靖市老旧小区改造经验,希望为同类型的改造工程提供借鉴和指引。

Renovation of old residential areas is a major livelihood project as well as a development project,which is an important measure to improve urban functions and enhance residents'sense of happiness,gain and security.Taking Qujing City as an example,the existing problems of old residential areas in Qujing City are clarified through investigations,and the reconstruction experience of old residential areas in Qujing City is introduced from the aspects of strengthening the guidance of party construction,giving full play to the leading role of demonstration,guiding the participation of social capital,exploring new ideas of reconstruction,and revitalizing idle resources,which could provide reference and guidance for similar reconstruction projects.
