摘要
针对S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)水箱液位控制系统中上位机为非西门子厂家设备,并且需要搭建以模拟量传感器为主的控制系统这一现状,基于NetToPLCsim与S7-PLCSIM的通讯方式,在组态王中建立起多模拟量传感器与执行器的水箱液位控制系统,组态了水箱液位系统的控制画面,定义了I/O离散变量和I/O实型变量,在TIA15.1中编写了水箱液位系统PLC控制程序。调试结果表明,NetToPLCsim可以实现上位机与S7-1200PLC之间进行多模拟量传感器与执行器的信号动态传递,为上位机与S7-1200PLC间虚拟调试提供了重要的技术参考。
In view of the current situation that the upper computer in S7-1200PLC water tank liquid level control system is non Siemens equipment and needs to build a control system based on analog sensors,a water tank liquid level control system with multiple analog sensors and actuators is established in Kingview based on the communication mode between NetToPLCsim and S7-PLCSIM,the control picture of water tank liquid level system is configured,and I/O discrete variables and I/O real variables are defined,in TIA15.1 the PLC control program of water tank liquid level system is compiled.The debugging results show that NetToPLCsim can realize the dynamic signal transmission between the host computer and S7-1200PLC.It provides an important technical reference for virtual debugging between host computer and S7-1200PLC.
