摘要
可用性是核电站仪控系统的重要指标,当完成核电站主仪控系统现场安装后会进行可用性测试,作为现场验收测试的一部分,描述了核电一般采用的DCS可用性测试的指标、验收方法、计算公式,剖析了测试过程中存在的问题,例如:缺乏整体指标的验证,可用性计算公式使用不规范,权重因子的确定缺乏依据,故障统计范围不明确,缺少可用性测试边界,可用性测试停止条件不明确,测试的前提条件简单且各项目不一致,对于验证故障所需日志记录的要求不明确等,探讨了核电可用性测试方法的改进,用以提升核电DCS可用性测试水平。
Availability is an important indicator of nuclear power station instrument control system(DCS).Availability test will be carried out as part of on-site acceptance test after on-site installation of nuclear power plant main control system.In this paper,the general index,acceptance method and calculation formula of nuclear power DCS usability test is described.The problems existing in the test process were analyzed,such as the lack of verification of the overall index,the non-standard use of the availability calculation formula,the lack of basis for the determination of the weight factor,the unclear scope of fault statistics,the lack of availability test boundary,the unclear stop condition of availability test,the simple prerequisite for the test and the inconsistency of each project,the unclear requirement for the log record required to verify the fault.Then this paper discussed the improvement of availability testing method,and the study can improve the availability test level of nuclear power station DCS.
