摘要
搅拌站在生产混凝土时会产生一定量的污泥,急需对其资源化利用。通过测试抗压强度、干燥收缩和微观形貌,研究了搅拌站新、老污泥粉对混凝土物理性能的影响。结果表明:掺加10%新污泥粉可增加混凝土抗压强度,降低干燥收缩,继续增加新污泥粉掺量,混凝土的性能劣化;而掺加老污泥粉劣化了混凝土性能,且随着掺量增加,其强度不断降低,干燥收缩逐渐增大。
A certain amount of sludge powder is produced during the concrete production in mixing station,which needs urgent recovery of resources.By testing the compressive strength,drying shrinkage and microscopic morphology,the effects of new and old sludge powders in the mixing station on the physical properties of concrete have been studied.The results show that the addition of 10%new sludge powder increases the compressive strengths,and reduces drying shrinkage.However,the properties of concrete are degraded with the further increase of new sludge powder contents.While the addition of old sludge powder deteriorates the concrete performance,and with the increase of the content,the strength decreases continuously,the drying shrinkage increases gradually.
