新疆沙漠地区水泥稳定砂砾基层的裂缝控制措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了改善新疆沙漠地区沥青路面水泥稳定砂砾基层的抗裂性能,文章在选取原材料并检测原材料性能指标的基础上进行配合比类型的比选,通过膨胀试验测定不同类型配合比的变形和膨胀系数,确定最佳抗裂性能的配合比,开展选定类型基层的配合比设计,提出水泥稳定砂砾基层裂缝的控制措施。结果表明:水泥、粗细集料、拌和水的性能指标均满足技术要求;C-B-3型基层的变形量和膨胀系数均最小,以此级配进行配合比设计、生产配合比验证及施工;由C-B-3型基层的配合比设计确定的水泥剂量为3.7%,最大干密度为2.434g/cm^(3),最佳含水率为5.0%。文章最后根据新疆沙漠地区的气候特点和基层材料特性,提出了裂缝的有效控制措施。 To improve the anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized gravel base of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang desert area, the mix types were compared on the basis of selecting raw materials and testing the performance indexes. The deformation and expansion coefficients of different mix types were measured through the expansion tests to determine the best anti-cracking performance mix. Then, the mix design of the selected base was carried out and the control measures for the cracks of the cement-stabilized gravel base were proposed. The results show that the performance indexes of cement, coarse and fine aggregates and mixing water meet the technical requirements. The deformation and expansion coefficients of C-B-3 base are the smallest, and this gradation is used for mix design, production mix verification and construction. The cement content of 3.7%, the maximum dry density of 2.434g/cm^(3), and the optimum moisture content of 5.0% are determined by the mix design of C-B-3 base. Finally, the effective control measures for cracks are proposed according to the climatic characteristics and base material characteristics of Xinjiang desert region.
