摘要
文章应用模糊数学理论,将模糊综合评价方法具体应用到隧道管控措施综合评价研究中,结合高速公路或城市隧道的实际情况,将评价内容根据需要分成若干个指标,建立了因素集、评价集、隶属函数和权重集,实现对隧道管控措施综合评判。采用层次分析法分别计算出三个不同级别指标的模糊权重,得到各类指标的评价结果,最终得到方向层的定量评分结果。通过实例分析表明:模糊综合评价方法具有较强的操作性,应用效果好,适用于隧道管控措施评价。
In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the safety level of tunnel management and control measures based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics. Combined with the actual situation of expressway or urban tunnel,the contents to be evaluated are divided into several indexes according to the needs,and the factor set,evaluation set,membership function and weight set are established to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the safety level of tunnel management and control measures. AHP is used to calculate the fuzzy weights of three different levels of indicators,and the evaluation results of various indicators are obtained. Finally,the quantitative evaluation results of the target layer are obtained. The case study results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has strong operability and good effect,and is suitable for the safety level evaluation of tunnel control measures.
