我院产科门诊超说明书用药合理性分析

Rationality Analysis of Off-label Drug Use in Obstetric Outpatient Department in one Hospital

目的为保证临床合理用药,对我院产科门诊超说明书用药进行调查分析。方法通过医院信息系统抽取我院产科2021年1月~2021年6月门诊处方共5042张,根据药品说明书内容,对其中超说明书用药进行统计,并依据循证医学证据进行超说明书用药合理性分析。结果5042张处方中超说明书用药113张,包括9种药品,超说明书用药比例为2.24%,其中以超适应证用药为主,共83张。结论我院产科超说明书用药有一定的证据支持,但仍需规范超说明书用药管理,加强医患沟通,保证用药安全。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze off-label drug use in obstetric outpatient department in our hospital in order to ensure rational clinical drug use.METHODS A total of 5042 outpatient prescriptions were extracted from the department of obstetrics in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 through the hospital information system,According to the contents of drug instructions,the off-label drug use was statistically analyzed,and the rationality of off-label drug use was analyzed based on evidence-based medical evidence.RESULTS Among 5042 prescriptions,113 drugs,including 9 drugs,were used off-label,the proportion of off-label drug use was 2.24%,83 drugs were mainly used off-label.CONCLUSION There is some evidence to support off-label drug use in obstetrics department in our hospital,but it is still necessary to standardize the management of off-label drug use,strengthen doctor-patient communication,and ensure drug safety.
