我院骨科住院患者预防用质子泵抑制剂情况分析

Analysis of Prophylaxis with Proton Pump Inhibitors in Orthopedic Inpatients of one Hospital

目的了解我院骨科住院患者预防用质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)的情况,规范PPIs在骨科的预防性使用。方法从我院信息管理系统中抽取2021年1~3月的骨科住院患者病历1613份,其中预防用PPIs的病历887份,整理PPIs的使用情况进行分析。结果我院骨科住院患者PPIs的预防使用率为54.99%(887/1613),其中无指征用药占66.52%(590/887),用药时间过长占21.98%(195/887),静脉给药占79.82%(708/887)。结论我院骨科质子泵抑制剂预防性使用存在诸多不合理现象,主要为无指征用药。医生应严格把握适应症,临床药师应加强用药干预,避免PPIs滥用,促进合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prophylactic use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)in the Department of orthopedics of our hospital and to standardize the prophylactic use of PPIs in the Department of orthopedics.METHODS 1613 inpatient records of Department of orthopedics in 1-3 months from 2021 were collected from our hospital information management system,among which 887 cases were used to prevent PPIs,and the use of PPIs was analyzed.RESULTS The patients hospitalized in Department of orthopedics in hospital to prevent the use of the PPIs rate was 54.99%(887/1613),in which no indications of medication accounted for 66.52%(590/887),prolonged drug use accounted for 21.98%(195/887),intravenous drugs accounted for 79.82%(708/887).CONCLUSION There are many irrational phenomena in the prophylactic use of proton pump inhibitors in Department of orthopedics,mainly for non indications.Clinicians should strictly grasp indications,and clinical pharmacists should strengthen drug use to avoid PPIs abuse and promote rational use of drugs.
