基于多因素探究影响精神科住院患者跌倒不良事件的分析

Analysis of Adverse Events of Falls in Psychiatric Inpatients Based on Multi Factor Exploration

目的基于多因素探究影响精神科住院患者跌倒不良事件的相关因素。方法选取我院2019年1月到2021年1月精神科住院的7084例患者进行回顾性分析,其中发生跌倒不良事件患者共86例,调查所有患者临床相关情况,并对跌倒不良事件进行单因素与多因素logistic回归分析。结果单因素年龄、住院次数、精神疾病类型、药物使用情况、入院跌倒风险评估为跌倒不良事件发生的情况具有统计学差异(P<0.05);精神疾病类型和药物使用情况、入院跌倒风险评估为跌倒不良事件发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论精神科住院患者跌倒发生率比较高,其中精神疾病类型和药物使用情况、入院跌倒风险评估为跌倒不良事件发生的独立影响因素。

OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors affecting the adverse events of falls in psychiatric inpatients based on multiple factors.METHODS 7084 psychiatric inpatients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,including 86 patients with adverse events of falls.The clinical related conditions of all patients were investigated,and the adverse events of falls were analyzed by single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis.RESULTS Univariate age,number of hospitalizations,type of mental illness,drug use There was significant difference in the incidence of adverse events(P<0.05),and the type of mental disease,drug use and admission fall risk assessment were the independent influencing factors of adverse events(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The incidence of falls in psychiatric inpatients is relatively high,and the types of mental diseases,drug use and risk assessment of falls in hospital are the independent influencing factors of adverse events of falls.
