PDCA质控环管理模式对中药房药品调配差错率的影响研究

Study on the Influence of PDCA Quality Control Loop Management Mode on Drug Allocation Error Rate in Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy

目的PDCA质控环管理模式对中药房药品调配差错率的影响研究。方法选取我院2019年07月至2019年12月(展开PDCA质控环管理前)、2020年07月至2020年12月(展开PDCA质控环管理后)中药房药品处方各1000张,比较药品调配差错率,药品调配差错类型中差错率改善情况。结果展开PDCA质控环管理前,药品调配差错率2.40%,高于展开PDCA质控环管理后药品调配差错率0.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);展开PDCA质控环管理前,药品调配差错类型包括数量错误、医嘱错误、品种错误,差错率分别为0.90%、1.10%、0.40%,高于展开PDCA质控环管理后0.20%、0.10%、0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药房展开PDCA质控环管理模式,有利于降低药品调配差错率,且能够有效改进多种药品调配差错情况。

OBJECTIVE To study the influence of PDCA quality control loop management mode on drug allocation error rate in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.METHODS 1000 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019(before PDCA quality control ring management)and from July 2020 to December 2020(after PDCA quality control ring management)were selected,and the error rate of drug allocation and the improvement of error rate in drug allocation error types were compared.RESULTS Before PDCA quality control loop management,the error rate of drug allocation was 2.40%,which was higher than 0.30% after PDCA quality control loop management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before PDCA quality control ring management,the types of drug allocation errors include quantity error,medical order error and variety error,and the error rates are 0.90%,1.10% and 0.40%,respectively,which are higher than 0.20%,0.10% and 0.00% after PDCA quality control loop management,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION PDCA quality control loop management mode in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy can reduce the error rate of drug allocation and effectively improve the error situation of multiple drug allocation.
