摘要
目的提高医院药品用药安全性,PDCA循环法用于优化我院门诊药房不良事件信息化管理的应用。方法采用PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)循环管理方法优化我院门诊药房药品不良事件信息化管理。结果优化我院门诊药房不良事件信息化管理的应用后,帮助药师回顾性追踪,辅助药房系统性排查,完善不良事件管理体系,减少患者用药风险性。结论通过PDCA循环法优化我院门诊药房药品不良事件信息化管理,旨在提高药房系统安全水平,促进药房及时发现事故隐患,逐步建立和完善药学不良事件管理体系,促进医院临床合理用药,并且保障病人用药安全。
OBJECTIVE PDCA circulation method is used to optimize the application of information management of adverse events in outpatient pharmacy.METHODS PDCA(planning,execution,inspection execution,inspection and treatment)the information management of adverse drug events in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital was optimized.RESULTS After optimizing the application of information management of adverse events in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital.Retrospective tracing of pharmacists.Systematic screening of auxiliary pharmacies.Improve management of adverse events.Reducing the risk of drug use.CONCLUSION Optimization of information management of drug adverse events in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital by PDCA Circulation,to improve the safety of the pharmacy system,to promote the timely detection of accidents by pharmacies,Gradually establish and improve the management system of pharmaceutical adverse events,promote rational use of drugs in hospitals,and to ensure the safety of medication.
