摘要
在进行共射极放大电路的频率特性定量分析时,由于其电路模型复杂、计算步骤繁琐,学生不易理解。为解决这一问题,我们引进Multisim13仿真软件,利用Multisim13的参数扫描分析功能,十分便利地获取由于耦合电容、旁路电容、极间电容等电路参数的改变而引起的关于上限截止频率和下限截止频率的变化情况,进而根据设计要求确定电路中元器件参数的优化值。
In the quantitative analysis of the frequency characteristics of the common emitter amplifier circuit,it is not easy for students to understand because of its complex circuit model and cumbersome calculation steps.In order to solve this problem,we introduced Multisim13 simulation software,using Multisim13’s parameter scanning analysis function,and consequently converiently obtaining the change of the upper cut-off frequency and lower cut-off frequency caused by the change of the coupling capacitor,bypass capacitor,inter-electrode capacitor and other circuit parameters.According to the change of frequency,the optimal value of the component parameters in the circuit is determined according to the design requirements.
