摘要
增强教师的核心素养,提高教师的教学能力,使数学学科教育与数学核心素养理念相融,是新时代的要求。通过问卷调查,利用因子分析的统计方法,建立了教学能力得分模型,找到了影响师范生教学能力的主要因素,结合当前实际情况,给出了提高师范生教学能力的建议,以利于人才质量的提升。
It is the requirement of the new era to strengthen teachers’core literacy,to improve teachers’teaching ability,and to integrate mathematics education with the concept of mathematics core literacy.Based on the questionnaire survey and the statistical method of factor analysis,this paper establishes the score model of teaching ability,finds out the main factors that affect the teaching ability of normal university students,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the teaching ability of normal university students according to the current actual situation,so as to improve the quality of talents.
