后疫情时代科技创新促进中国经济发展对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Scientific and Technological Innovation to Promote China’s Economic Development in the Post-epidemic Era

新冠疫情冲击对全球科技经济形势提出严峻挑战。后疫情时代中国各地区既要防范本地区疫情突袭爆发,也要积极推动地区经济稳中向好发展。文章通过分析疫情对各地区经济的冲击发现,以科技创新为核心动能的高新技术产业已然成为经济恢复、发展的新增长点,但是地区间数字鸿沟加剧、产业链发展遭受核心技术钳制、科技创新国际环境遭受冲击等问题也日益凸显。鉴于此,中国应推进国内科技创新共建共享,提升科技创新内生水平,打造科技经济共同体,推进科技经济深度融合,从而促进我国经济高质量发展。

The impact of COVID-19 poses a serious challenge to the global sci-tech and economic situation.In the post-epidemic era,all regions in China should not only prevent the sudden outbreaks of the epidemic in their own regions,but also actively promote the stable and sound development of the regional economy.By analyzing the impact of the epidemic on the regional economy,it is found that the high-tech industry with scientific and technological innovation as the core driving force has become a new growth point of economic recovery and development.However,the problems,such as the intensification of the digital divide between regions,the clamping down of the development of the industrial chain by core technology,and the impact on the international environment for scientific and technological innovation,are becoming increasingly prominent.In view of this,China should promote the co-construction and sharing of domestic scientific and technological innovation,improve the endogenous level of scientific and technological innovation,build a scientific and technological economic community,and continue to promote the integrated development of science,technology and economy,so as to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.
