11种杀菌剂对梨炭疽病防治试验 被引量:1

摘要 采用生长速率法、毒力测定及田间药效试验相结合的方法比较11种杀菌剂对梨炭疽病的控制效果。结果表明,室内毒力测定430 g/L戊唑醇SC、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、12.5%烯唑醇WP、5%己唑醇ME和12%苯醚·噻霉酮EW对梨炭疽病菌的抑制中浓度EC_(50)值均小于或接近1 mg/L,毒力大;27%烯唑·多菌灵WP、32.5%锰锌·烯唑醇WP、25%嘧菌酯SC、40腈菌唑SC对梨炭疽病菌的EC_(50)值为4.1734~24.7356 mg/L,毒力相对小;80%代森锰锌WP、40%多菌灵SC对梨炭疽病菌的EC_(50)值大,为114.0888 mg/L、38.697 mg/L,毒力弱。田间药效试验430 g/L戊唑醇SC 4000倍液、10%苯醚甲环唑WG 5000倍液、12.5%烯唑醇WP 3500倍液和5%己唑醇ME 1250倍液的防效均在90%以上;12%苯醚·噻霉酮EW 5000倍液和25%嘧菌酯SC 1500倍液的防效均在80%以上。
