英德市某规模化猪场副猪嗜血杆菌分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:5

摘要 为确定广东省英德市某规模化猪场传染性病原,对该猪场送检病料进行猪圆环病毒2型、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗原检测,并进行细菌分离,对优势菌落经革兰氏染色、生化反应及16S rRNA基因PCR检测测序,确定仔猪感染副猪嗜血杆菌;药敏试验结果表明,该分离株对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星较为敏感。PCR检测结果显示病料中猪圆环病毒2型、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗原阴性。根据药敏试验结果,为规模猪场防控副猪嗜血杆菌感染提供用药指导与防控建议,实施效果较好。 In order to determine the infectious pathogen of a large-scale pig farm in Yingde City,this study carried out the detection of porcine circovirus type 2 and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus antigens of the samples of the pig farm and carried out bacterial isolation.The isolated dominant colony was confirmed to Gram staining microscopy,biochemical identification,and 16S rRNA gene PCR detection and sequencing,and it was determined that the piglets were infected with Haemophilus parasuis.The results of the drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated strain was more sensitive to enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin.The PCR test results showed that the sample was antigen negative to porcine circovirus type 2 and the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.According to the results of the drug sensitivity test,the medication guidance and prevention and control recommendations were provided for the prevention and control of Haemophilus parasuis in large-scale pig farms and achieving good implementation effects.
