犬和猫肝簇虫病的诊治研究概述

Overview on Diagnosis and Treatment of Hepatozoonosis in Dogs and Cats

肝簇虫可寄生于多种哺乳动物的血液和内脏器官中。犬和猫肝簇虫病一般表现为精神沉郁、消瘦、发热、贫血。目前没有任何一种药物可以根治肝簇虫,但可通过多种抗原虫药和抗生素延长生命。多年来,犬和猫肝簇虫病一直较为罕见,临床兽医对此疾病的认知普遍偏少,然而,近年来犬和猫肝簇虫病在国内不同地区陆续出现,亟需引起重视。论文综合了此领域的研究进展,从流行病学、诊断和治疗等方面阐述犬和猫肝簇虫病,以期为小动物临床工作提供参考。

Hepatozoon can be detected in the blood and organs of a variety of mammals.The common clinical signs of hepatozoonosis in dogs and cats are depression,weight loss,fever,anemia.At present,there is no cure of hepotozoonosis,but patient life can be extended through antiprotozoal drugs and antibiotics.Veterinarians generally have little knowledge of hepatozoonosis in dogs and cats due to its rare occurrence,but it has appeared frequently across China in recent years.This paper reviewed and integrated the latest progress on the epidemiology,diagnosis and treatment of hepatozoonosis in dogs and cats to provide reference for future clinical work in small animals.
