膝关节疼痛患犬胫骨平台角的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Tibial Platform Angle in Dogs with Knee Pain

通过探究犬胫骨平台角与膝关节疼痛性疾病发生的关系,以期为该类疾病的临床诊疗提供新的思路。将搜集的郑州市某3家宠物医院105例膝关节疼痛患犬的病历信息,分为前十字韧带断裂组、髌骨脱位组和软组织损伤组,测定各组患犬胫骨平台角的角度,利用独立样本t检验方法进行统计分析。结果显示,前十字韧带断裂组和软组织损伤组患犬膝关节胫骨平台角平均角度分别为27.45°和24.44°,远远高于正常犬的平均值(20.21°),差异极显著(P<0.01)。髌骨脱位组患犬膝关节胫骨平台角角度平均为19.38°,低于正常犬的平均值,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,较大的胫骨平台角度不但可引起膝关节前十字韧带断裂,而且容易造成膝关节软组织损伤,但不是引起髌骨脱位的内在因素。

To explore the relationship between the tibial platform angle and the occurrence of knee pain diseases in dogs,and provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of these diseases,the collected medical records of 105 dogs with knee pain from three pet hospitals in Zhengzhou were divided into ruptured anterior cruciate ligament group,patellar dislocation group and soft tissue injury group,then the tibial platform angle of the dogs in each group was determined,and the independent sample T test was used for statistical analysis.The results showed that the mean knee tibial platform angles in the ruptured anterior cruciate ligament group and the soft tissue injury group were 27.45°and 24.44°,respectively,which were much higher than that in the normal dogs(20.21°),and the difference was very significant.The mean tibial platform angle of knee joint in the patellar dislocation group was 19.38°,which was lower than that of normal dogs,and the difference was not significant.Therefore,the larger tibial plateau angle is not only likely to cause the ruptured anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint,but also easily causes the soft tissue injury of the knee joint,and is not the internal factor that causes the patellar dislocation.
