摘要
目的解析硝酸银滴定液的标定过程中,测定不确定度评估的系统方法和原理。方法按照《中国药典》2020年版四部规定进行标定,根据JJF1059.1-2012及NAS-GL006-2018的指导原则和规定,建立数学模型,对标定过程中的各种影响因素进行全面的分析评估。结果通过系统计算得到了标定过程中的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度,进而得到硝酸银滴定液的标定浓度值。结论对标定过程中的不确定度进行了详细有序的梳理,为硝酸银滴定液浓度的不确定度评定建立了详细的方法。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the systematic method and principle of measurement uncertainty evaluation in the calibration process of silver nitrate titrant.METHODS Calibrate in accordance with the four regulations of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,establish a mathematical model according to the guidelines and regulations of JJF1059.1-2012 and NAS-GL006-2018,and conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of various influencing factors in the calibration process.RESULTS The synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty in the calibration process were obtained through systematic calculation,and then the calibration concentration value of silver nitrate titrant was obtained.CONCLUSION The uncertainty in the calibration process was sorted out in detail and order,and a detailed method was established for the uncertainty evaluation of the concentration of silver nitrate titrant.
