HPLC同时测定复方生丹苓口服液中梓醇和阿魏酸的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Catalpol and Ferulic Acid in Compound ShengDanLing Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立同时测定复方生丹苓口服液中梓醇和阿魏酸的含量的高效液相色谱法。方法使用Agilent1260高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)柱(规格:250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速0.8 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果梓醇在(10.04~260.20)μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),阿魏酸在(2.05~51.20)μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),两个成分的平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.07%,99.15%。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简单,适用于复方生丹苓口服液中梓醇和阿魏酸含量的同时测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of contents of catalpol and ferulic acid in the oral liquid of compound ShengDanLing.METHODS An Agilent 1260 high performance liquid chromatography was used,with an Agilent C_(18) column(scale:250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoate,gradient elution was performed;the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^(-1);Detection wavelength was 210 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,the injection volume was 10μL.RESULTS The linear ranges of catalpol was(10.04~260.20)μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),and the linear ranges of ferulic acid was(2.05~51.20)μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate of the two components(n=6)were 99.07% and 99.15%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of catalpol and ferulic acid in the oral liquid of compound ShengDanLing.
