HPLC-DAD切换波长法测定康妇炎胶囊中五种成分的含量

Determination of Five Components in KangFuYan Capsules by HPLC-DAD Switching Wavelength Method

目的基于药物联合用药疗效及成药组方,探讨康妇炎胶囊多指标成分的测定方法。方法流动相(乙腈-0.2%磷酸),洗脱方式(梯度),检测方式(HPLC-DAD转换波长)。结果没食子酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、芍药苷和苍术素分别在16.621~83.1μg,8.9568~44.784μg,7.1568~35.784μg,37.656~188.28μg,2.6472~13.236μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(RSD)分别为102.4%(2.1%)、96.7%(2.9%)、96.4%(2.9%)、99.1%(2.7%)、94.2%(2.1%)。结论方法高效、稳定、准确,可为从环保、高效方面改进康妇炎胶囊质量标准提供科学参考。

OBJECTIVE To explore the determination method of multi-index components of KangFuYan Capsules based on the efficacy of drug combination and the prescription of patent medicine.METHODS Mobile phase(acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid),elution method(gradient),detection method(HPLC-DAD conversion wavelength).RESULTS Gallic acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,paeoniflorin,and atractylodin showed good linear relationships in the range of 16.62 l-83.1μg,8.9568-44.784μg,7.1568-35.784μg,37.656-188.28μg,2.6472-13.236μg,respectively;the average recoveries(RSD)were 102.4%(2.1%),96.7%(2.9%),96.4%(2.9%),99.1%(2.7%),94.2%(2.1%),respectively.CONCLUSION The method is efficient,stable and accurate,which can provide scientific reference for improving the quality standard of KangFuYan Capsules from the aspects of environmental protection and high efficiency.
