摘要
目的分析临床药师参与5例耶氏孢子菌肺炎诊治的药学监护与临床特点分析。方法回顾性分析某院2021年1月~2021年10月收治的确诊的5例耶氏孢子菌肺炎的患者临床特点。临床药师参与了5例确诊病例的诊治,针对患者的个体化情况,提出了个体化方案并对全程进行药学监护。结果临床药师的药学监护,对同样耶氏孢子菌肺炎治疗中出现的呕吐、肝肾功能变化给予了不同的处置方式,未影响最后的治疗效果。结论药学监护在个体化治疗上体现了临床药师的重要作用。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the pharmaceutical care and clinical characteristics of clinical pharmacists participating in the diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases of Yersinia pneumonia.METHODS The clinical characteristics of 5 cases of Yersinia pneumonia admitted to a hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Clinical pharmacists participated in the diagnosis and treatment of 5 confirmed cases,and put forward individualized plans and conducted pharmaceutical care for the whole process according to the individual situation of the patients.RESULTS The clinical pharmacists'pharmaceutical care did not affect the therapeutic effect of the vomiting and the changes of liver and kidney function in the treatment of the same pneumonia.CONCLUSION Pharmaceutical care embodies the important role of clinical pharmacists in individual therapy.
