临床药师对抗感染学习平台建设的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of the Construction of the Anti-infection Learning Platform for Clinical Pharmacists

目的探讨抗感染学习平台在抗菌药物临床应用管理体系中的作用与地位。方法抗感染专业临床药师,主动作为,将感染性疾病相关指南、法律法规、课件等电子版学习资料,搜集、整理后存放于医院局域网共享空间,局域网内计算机均可访问并下载,建立了院内抗感染学习平台。结果通过抗感染学习平台的建设,有利于指南更有效的传播、实施,提高感染性疾病诊治水平,减少和遏制细菌耐药,为临床科研提供良好思路,也有助于提高工作效率。结论抗感染学习平台是抗菌药物临床应用管理体系的重要组成部分,要不断完善、优化,成为抗感染相关医务人员的好帮手。

OBJECTIVE To explore the role and status of anti-infection learning platform in the management system of clinical application of antibiotics.METHODS Clinical pharmacists specializing in anti-infection take the initiative to collect and organize the electronic versions of infectious disease-related guidelines,laws and regulations,coursewares for studying and other learning materials,and store them in the shared space of the hospital local area network.Computers in the local area network can be accessed and downloaded.Thus,the anti-infection learning platform in the hospital has been established.RESULTS The construction of the anti-infection learning platform is conducive to more effective dissemination and implementation of the guidelines and it can also improve the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases,reduce and curb bacterial resistance,provide good ideas for clinical research and improve working efficiency.CONCLUSION The anti-infection learning platform is an important part of the clinical application management system of antibiotics.It should be continuously improved and optimized to become a good helper for anti-infection related medical staff.
