常态化疫情防控形势下医院药剂科管理及思考

Management and Consideration of Hospital Pharmaceutical Department During the Situation Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control

目的讨论医院药剂科在新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情常态化的工作重点与防控措施。方法参考各级指导意见及相关文献,梳理工作重点与防控难点,以质量与安全为核心,从组织构架人力资源调整、制定应急预案、加强疫情动态监测、强化人员培训、重视舆情管理、加强医疗废物管理、签订疫情防控责任书等结合工作实践,不断进行优化与总结。结果在常态化疫情防控期间,实现零院感、零脱岗、零事故,保障药品高效、安全供应,有助于常态化疫情防控时期提升药学服务效率和质量。结论医院药剂科疫情防控措施效果好、可操作性强,具有参考意义。

OBJECTIVE To discuss in the COVID-19 epidemic the normalization of the key work and prevention and control measures of hospital pharmacy.METHODS Reference all levels of guidelines and the relevant literature,combing the key emphasis in work and the difficulty of prevention and control,regarding the quality and safety as the core,combining with work practice form following,such as adjusting human resources from the organizational structure,formulating contingency plans and the work flow,monitoring dynamic epidemic,strengthening personnel training,attaching great importance to the management of public opinion,enhancing the management of medical waste,and signing the responsibility about the prevention and control of epidemic,constantly optimizing and summarizing.RESULTS During the period of normal epidemic,zero hospital sense,zero off-duty and zero accidents were achieved,and the efficient and safe supply of drugs was ensured,which was conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of pharmaceutical care during the period of normal epidemic prevention and control.CONCLUSION The prevention and control measures of epidemic in the hospital pharmacy are effective,maneuverable and of referential significance.
