波导环行器高功率失效分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着武器装备功率容量的不断提升以及系统小型化发展需求的增大,波导环行器在高功率下发生故障的概率不断升高。本文根据长期进行波导环行器高功率失效分析案例,总结归纳了高功率下波导环行器失效模式和失效分析流程,并给出了失效分析中的部分经验,以期为相关人员提供参考。
