大型卧式LPG覆土子弹罐应力分析设计方法 被引量:3

摘要 以大型卧式3000 m^(3)LPG覆土子弹罐为例,依据EEMUA190标准和ASMEⅧ-2规范以及ANSYS仿真分析方法进行应力分析设计.首先按照EEMUA190标准和ASMEⅧ-2规范,给出覆土子弹罐的主要尺寸参数,并依据EEMUA190标准附录A里的方法进行计算校核;然后依据ASMEⅧ-2规范的外压稳定性计算方法,得出结构的许用外压;最后应用ANSYS有限元软件对罐体主体结构进行了仿真分析.计算结果表明:筒体所承受的覆土外压是决定筒体和加强筋尺寸的主要因素;EEMUA190标准推荐的加强筋尺寸过大,须进行优化;覆土子弹罐的基础支撑结构抗震效果好;罐体局部高应力超过屈服强度,可依据ASMEⅧ-2规范进行校核. Taking 3000 m^(3)large-scale horizontal LPG mounded bullet tank as an example,the design and calculation of the equipment were discussed by applying EEMUA190 standard,ASMEⅧ-2,and ANSYS simulation analysis method.Firstly,according to the EEMUA190 standard and ASMEⅧ-2,the main size parameters of the soil covered bullet tank were given,and the calculation and verification were carried out according to the method in Appendix A of EEMUA190 standard.Then the allowable external pressure of the structure was obtained according to the external pressure stability calculation method of ASME VIII-2 code.Then ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the main structure of the tank.The calculations showed that,the external pressure of the cylinder was the main factor that determined the size of the cylinder and the stiffener,the size of the stiffener recommended by the EEMUA190 standard was large and should be optimized,the foundation support structure of the bullet tank had good earthquake resistance,and if the local stress exceeded the yield strength of the material,it can be verification according to the ASMEⅧ-2 code.
