摘要
国家电网公司提出了“三型两网、世界一流”战略目标,其核心任务就是要建设泛在电力物联网。在物联网技术的应用过程中,对人力资源管理提出了新的要求和挑战。文章针对新的要求和挑战,提出了人力资源数据新生态概念框架以及核心层级的构建机制,以期推动企业在泛在电力物联网建设中实现可持续发展。
State Grid Corporation of China has proposed the strategic goul of“three types and two networks,world-class”,and its core task is to build ubiquitous power Internet of Things.In the application process of Internet of Things technology,human resource management has also put forward new requirements and challenges.In view of these new requirements and challenges,this paper proposes a new ecological conceptual framework of human resource data and a core level construction mechanism,in order to promote the sustainable development of enterprises in the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things.
