以难治性肝脓肿与膈下脓肿为主要表现的骨髓增生异常综合征1例

摘要 细菌性肝脓肿常继发于胆道感染、胃肠感染、化脓性骨髓炎、毗邻组织感染或肝外伤。本文报道以难治性肝脓肿与膈下脓肿为主要表现的骨髓增生异常综合征1例如下:1病历摘要患者男,54岁,因“肝脓肿穿刺引流术后4个月”于2018年12月11日入院。4个月前患者因“肝脓肿”于外院行“经皮肝脓肿穿刺引流术”,术后1个月脓肿复发,再次行“穿刺引流术”。
