脑膜瘤应用显微手术治疗的效果分析

Effect analysis of microsurgical treatment of meningioma

目的分析脑膜瘤应用显微手术治疗的临床效果。方法100例脑膜瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规开放手术治疗,观察组患者采取显微手术治疗。比较两组患者住院时间、治疗前后生活质量量表(SF-36)评分、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者住院时间为(8.24±1.05)d,短于对照组的(11.45±2.56)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且观察组SF-36评分(92.45±3.02)分高于对照组的(81.21±1.25)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.00%(1/50),低于对照组的20.00%(10/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微手术对于脑膜瘤的治疗效果优于常规开放手术,可有效减少并发症发生,促进患者术后生活质量的改善,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of microsurgery on meningioma.Methods A total of 100 patients with meningioma were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery,while patients in the observation group were treated with microsurgery.The hospitalization time,36-item shortform health survey(SF-36)score before and after treatment,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was(8.24±1.05)d,which was shorter than(11.45±2.56)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the SF-36 scores(92.45±3.02)points of the observation group were higher than(81.21±1.25)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 2.00%(1/50),which was lower than 20.00%(10/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of microsurgery for meningioma is better than that of conventional open surgery,which can reduce the complications and promote the improvement of postoperative quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
