血常规红细胞各项参数检验在缺铁性贫血诊断中的检验价值分析

Analysis of the test value of blood routine examination of red blood cell parameters in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia

目的探讨血常规红细胞各项参数检验在缺铁性贫血诊断中的检验价值。方法选取78例缺铁性贫血患者作为缺铁组,另选78例健康体检者作为体检组。两组患者均进行血常规检查。比较两组患者的红细胞各项参数,包括血红蛋白、红细胞计数、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞体积、红细胞分布宽度变异系数。结果缺铁组患者的血红蛋白(85.62±8.76)g/L、红细胞计数(3.36±0.69)×10^(12)/L、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(25.05±1.49)pg、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(268.87±14.79)g/L、平均红细胞体积(71.03±4.98)fl均低于体检组的(123.21±8.23)g/L、(4.23±0.33)×10^(12)/L、(28.78±1.34)pg、(319.87±13.28)g/L、(88.76±4.12)fl,红细胞分布宽度变异系数(21.20±1.37)%高于体检组的(13.21±1.21)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺铁性贫血患者积极进行血常规检验,通过红细胞各项参数检验结果可辅助临床诊断缺铁性贫血,具有重要的临床应用价值,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the test value of blood routine examination of red blood cell parameters in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.Methods 78 patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected as the iron deficiency group,and 78 healthy subjects were selected as the physical examination group.Both groups underwent blood routine examination.The red blood cell parameters,including hemoglobin,red blood cell count,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration,mean corpuscular volume,and coefficient of variation of erythrocyte distribution width,were compared between the two groups.Results The hemoglobin(85.62±8.76)g/L,red blood cell count(3.36±0.69)×10;/L,mean corpuscular hemoglobin(25.05±1.49)pg,mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration(268.87±14.79)g/L,and mean corpuscular volume(71.03±4.98)fl in iron deficiency group were lower than(123.21±8.23)g/L,(4.23±0.33)×10;/L,(28.78±1.34)pg,(319.87±13.28)g/L,(88.76±4.12)fl in the physical examination group;the coefficient of variation of erythrocyte distribution width(21.20±1.37)%in iron deficiency group was higher than(13.21±1.21)%in the physical examination group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of blood routine examination in patients with iron deficiency anemia can assist in the clinical identification and diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia,which has important clinical application value,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
