探讨多潘立酮片治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of domperidone tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨多潘立酮片治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法88例功能性消化不良患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组单独采用复方消化酶胶囊治疗,观察组采用多潘立酮片治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后症状评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率95.45%明显高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者嗳气、早饱、腹胀、食欲下降及恶心评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者嗳气、早饱、腹胀、食欲下降及恶心评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者嗳气评分(0.8±0.4)分、早饱评分(0.8±0.5)分、腹胀评分(0.9±0.6)分、食欲下降评分(0.9±0.5)分及恶心评分(0.6±0.3)分均低于对照组的(1.2±0.2)、(1.3±0.3)、(1.3±0.2)、(1.4±0.3)、(1.2±0.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良患者采用多潘立酮片治疗的临床效果更显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of domperidone tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 88 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound digestive enzyme capsules alone,and the observation group was treated with domperidone tablets.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than 79.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of belching,early satiety,abdominal distension,loss of appetite and nausea between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of belching,early satiety,abdominal distension,loss of appetite and nausea in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the belching score(0.8±0.4)points,early satiety score(0.8±0.5)points,abdominal distension score(0.9±0.6)points,loss of appetite score(0.9±0.5)points and nausea score(0.6±0.3)points in the observation group were lower than(1.2±0.2),(1.3±0.3),(1.3±0.2),(1.4±0.3),and(1.2±0.3)points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Domperidone tablets are more effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
