多西紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果体会

Clinical effect of docetaxel combined with capecitabine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的分析多西紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析76例晚期胃癌患者的临床资料,根据化疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组采取顺铂联合卡培他滨的化疗方案,观察组采取多西紫杉醇联合卡培他滨的化疗方案。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、1年存活率。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率63.2%明显高于对照组的39.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率26.3%明显低于对照组的50.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访发现,观察组患者的1年存活率42.1%明显高于对照组的21.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效与安全性明显优于顺铂联合卡培他滨的化疗方案,有助于提高晚期胃癌患者的生存率,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of docetaxel combined with capecitabine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into observation group and control group according to different chemotherapy methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received the chemotherapy regimen of cisplatin combined with capecitabine,and the observation group received the chemotherapy regimen of docetaxel combined with capecitabine.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and 1-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 63.2%,which was significantly higher than 39.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 26.3%in the observation group was significantly lower than 50.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up found that the 1-year survival rate of the observation group was 42.1%,which was significantly higher than 21.1%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with capecitabine is obviously higher than that of cisplatin combined with capecitabine,which is helpful to improve the survival rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and is worthy of promotion and application.
