紫杉醇联合卡铂方案在三阴性乳腺癌辅助化疗中的临床应用效果

Clinical effect of combined treatment with paclitaxel and carboplatin in adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with triple-negative breast cancer

目的分析三阴性乳腺癌患者辅助化疗中应用紫杉醇与卡铂方案联合治疗的效果。方法58例三阴性乳腺癌患者,经便利抽样法分为对比组及试验组,每组29例。对比组患者采用紫杉醇、环磷酰胺、表柔比星联合治疗,试验组患者采用紫杉醇联合卡铂方案治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、术后局部复发率以及远处转移率。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为82.76%,高于对比组的55.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后局部复发率3.45%以及远处转移率10.34%均低于对比组的20.69%、34.48%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三阴性乳腺癌患者辅助化疗中应用紫杉醇与卡铂方案联合治疗病情控制效果理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment with paclitaxel and carboplatin in adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with triple-negative breast cancer.Methods A total of 58 cases of triplenegative breast cancer patients were divided into control group and experimental group by convenience sampling,with 29 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with paclitaxel,cyclophosphamide and epirubicin in combination,and patients in the experimental group were treated with paclitaxel combined with carboplatin.The clinical effect,postoperative local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 82.76%,which was higher than 55.17% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative local recurrence rate 3.45% and distant metastasis rate 10.34% in the experimental group were lower than 20.69% and 34.48% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of paclitaxel and carboplatin in adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with triple-negative breast cancer is effective in controlling disease.
