乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的效果研究

Study on effect of lactobacillus vagina capsule combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的探究乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法108例老年性阴道炎患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。观察组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗,对照组患者仅接受戊酸雌二醇治疗。比较两组治疗前后雌性激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)]水平及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.30%高于对照组的79.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组E_(2)、P、LH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组E_(2)、P、LH水平均高于治疗前,且观察组E_(2)(27.56±2.60)pmol/L、P(0.78±0.08)nmol/L、LH(45.29±4.46)mIU/ml均高于对照组的(21.49±2.03)pmol/L、(0.65±0.06)nmol/L、(34.72±3.30)mIU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取乳酸菌阴道胶囊与戊酸雌二醇联合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果显著,能在调节患者雌性激素水平的同时迅速清除阴道内的有害细菌,对患者生活质量的提高有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lactobacillus vagina capsule combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with senile vaginitis were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 54 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with lactobacillus vagina capsule combined with estradiol valerate,while the control group was treated with estradiol valerate.The levels of estrogen[estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)]before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.30% of the observation group was higher than 79.63% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in E_(2),P,LH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the E_(2),P,and LH in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the E_(2)(27.56±2.60)pmol/L,P(0.78±0.08)nmol/L,and LH(45.29±4.46)mIU/ml in the observation group were higher than(21.49±2.03)pmol/L,(0.65±0.06)nmol/L,and(34.72±3.30)mIU/ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with estradiol valerate has significant clinical effect in the treatment of senile vaginitis,which can regulate the level of estrogen in patients and quickly remove the harmful bacteria in the vagina,and improve the quality of life of patients.
