氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗念球菌性阴道炎的效果探究

The effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of candidal vaginitis

目的分析氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的效果。方法68例念珠菌性阴道炎患者,采取抽签法分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组应用氟康唑治疗,研究组采取氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、症状消失时间、不良反应发生率及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果研究组总有效率94.12%明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组分泌异物、外阴瘙痒、白带异常、灼烧感消失时间分别为(16.23±4.20)、(5.20±1.28)、(12.66±5.33)、(5.90±2.10)d,均短于对照组的(26.40±5.27)、(9.34±2.20)、(20.67±7.21)、(11.23±4.20)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组情感状态、精神状态、社会功能、生理机能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组情感状态、精神状态、社会功能、生理机能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率5.88%低于对照组的26.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对念珠菌性阴道炎患者应用氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗可显著改善病情,且治疗安全性较高,还有助于改善患者生活质量,此治疗方案适宜在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.Methods A total of 68 cases of candidal vaginitis patients were divided into control group and research group by drawing lots,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluconazole,and the research group was treated with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository.The therapeutic effect,symptom disappearance time,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.12%of the research group was significantly higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of foreign body secretion,genital itching,abnormal leucorrhea,burning sensation of the research group were(16.23±4.20),(5.20±1.28),(12.66±5.33),and(5.90±2.10)d,which were shorter than(26.40±5.27),(9.34±2.20),(20.67±7.21),and(11.23±4.20)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in scores of emotional state,mental state,social function and physiological function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotional state,mental state,social function and physiological function of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 5.88%in the research group was lower than 26.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of candidal vaginitis can significantly improve the patient’s condition and quality of life.It has high safety,and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
