超声龈下刮治术联合替硝唑冲洗治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of ultrasonic subgingival curettage combined with tinidazole irrigation in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的分析慢性牙周炎采用超声龈下刮治术联合替硝唑冲洗治疗的效果。方法140例慢性牙周炎患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各70例。两组患者均予以超声龈下刮治术治疗,观察组加用替硝唑冲洗治疗,对照组加用蒸馏水冲洗治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声龈下刮治术联合替硝唑冲洗治疗慢性牙周炎可以有效缓解患者的炎症反应,治疗效果理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasonic subgingival curettage combined with tinidazole irrigation in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 140 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 70 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with ultrasonic subgingival curettage.On this basis,the observation group received tinidazole irrigation,and the control group received distilled water irrigation.The therapeutic effect,and inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic subgingival curettage in combination with tinidazole has ideal effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,and it can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reactions of patients.
