中药临床合理用药的安全性及应对方法探讨

Discussion on the safety and corresponding solutions of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice

目的探讨中药临床合理用药的安全性,并制定相应的解决方法。方法80张未实施临床中药合理用药对策的处方作为参照组,80张实施临床中药合理用药对策处方作为实验组。参照组未实施合理用药对策处方,实验组实施合理用药对策处方。比较两组不合理用药、风险事件发生以及护理投诉情况。结果实验组不合理用药发生率3.75%(3/80)低于参照组的13.75%(11/80),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组风险事件发生率为1.25%(1/80)、护理投诉率为2.50%(2/80)均低于参照组的8.75%(7/80)、11.25%(9/80),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药不合理使用受多种因素影响,因此需重视中药使用剂量、炮制方法、用法等,使临床用药安全性提升,有效的控制不良反应和风险事件发生。

Objective To discuss the safety of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,and formulate corresponding solutions.Methods 80 prescriptions that did not implement the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice were selected as the reference group,and 80 prescriptions that implemented the rational use of clinical traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the experimental group.The irrational drug use,occurrence of risk events and nursing complaints were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of irrational drug use 3.75%(3/80)in the experimental group was lower than 13.75%(11/80)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was 1.25%(1/80),and the nursing complaint rate was 2.50%(2/80),which were lower than 8.75%(7/80)and 11.25%(9/80)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine is affected by a variety of factors,so it is necessary to pay attention to the dosage,processing method and usage of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve the safety of clinical medication and effectively control the occurrence of adverse reactions and risk events.
