调脾护心方治疗室性期前收缩的疗效及对窦性心率震荡的影响

Effect of Tiaopi Huxin Prescription on Ventricular Premature and Shock of Sinus Rate

目的 观察调脾护心方治疗室性期前收缩的疗效及对窦性心率震荡的影响。方法 选择2019年10月—2020年10月就诊于我院心内科门诊的室性期前收缩病人60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片23.75~95.00 mg,每日1次,口服。研究组在对照组基础上加用调脾护心方水煎内服,每日1剂,分2次口服。疗程为4周。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分和临床疗效,采用24 h动态心电图分析系统检测室性期前收缩次数,采用窦性心率震荡软件检测R-R间期,计算震荡斜率(TS)和震荡起始(TO)值。结果 治疗后,两组24 h室性期前收缩次数、TO水平降低(P<0.05),且研究组24 h室性期前收缩次数、TO水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组TS水平升高(P<0.05),且研究组TS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组主症积分、次症积分、中医证候总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组主症积分、次症积分、中医证候总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 调脾护心方可有效减少室性期前次数,且对窦性心率震荡有较好的调节作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Tiaopi Huxin Prescription on ventricular premature and shock of sinus rate.Methods Sixty patients with premature ventricular beats were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given 23.75~95.00 mg metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,once a day,orally.The patients in study group were additionally treated with Tiaopi Huxin Prescription,1 dose twice a day.The treatment course in both group was 4 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.Total number of ventricular premature contraction(VPCs)was detected by dynamic electrocardiogram analysis system,R-R interval was detected by sinus rate shock(HRT)software,and turbulence onset(TO)and turbulence slope(TS)were calculated.Results After treatment,24 h VPCs and TO in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and 24 h VPCs and TO in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TS in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and TS in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score,and total score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaopi Huxin Prescription can effectively reduce VPCs,with regulation effect on shock of sinus rate.
