联合入路双锁定接骨板内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折对降低术后并发症发生率的价值分析

The Value of Combined Approach and Double Locking Bone Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Comminuted Fractures of the Tibial Plateau in Reducing the Incidence of Postoperative Complications

目的:分析联合入路双锁定接骨板内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折对降低术后并发症发生率的价值。方法:选择2015年1月—2020年12月贵州医科大学第三附属医院收治的胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者85例作为研究对象,按照掷硬币的方式将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,给予两组患者不同的治疗方案,治疗后,观察两组患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间、切口长度、膝关节功能评分以及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间以及切口长度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.481、5.083、4.520、5.832,P<0.05),且观察组患者并发症发生率更低,膝关节功能优良率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.308、5.683,P<0.05)。结论:联合入路双锁定接骨板内固定在治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折中的临床效果显著,不仅能有效的减少对患者身体的创伤,降低患者手术中出血量,促进患者术后身体恢复,同时也降低了并发症发生率,更好的保障了患者生命质量,具有重要的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the value of double locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.Methods:A total of 85 patients with comminuted fractures of the tibial plateau admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of tossing a coin,and different treatment plans were given to the two groups.After treatment,the operation time,blood loss,incision length,hospital stay,knee joint function score and complications were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the operation time,blood loss,hospital stay and incision length of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.481,5.083,4.520,5.832,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the rate of excellent and good knee function was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.3085.683,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of combined approach and double locking bone plate internal fixation in the treatmen of comminuted fractures of the tibial plateau is remarkable.It can not only effectively reduce the trauma to the patients’body,reduce the blood loss during the operation,and promote the patients’physical recovery after surgery,but also reduce the incidence of complications better protect the quality of life of the patient,and has important clinical application value,which is worth promoting.
