互动护理干预对脑瘫合并精神发育迟滞患儿康复锻炼依从性及家属护理工作满意度的影响研究

Influence of Interactive Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation Exercise Compliance and Family Members’Satisfaction with Nursing Work in Children with Cerebral Palsy and Mental Retardation

目的:探讨互动护理干预在脑瘫(cerebral palsy,CP)合并精神发育迟滞(mental retardtion,MR)患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年4月―2020年4月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的82例CP合并MR患儿作为研究对象,其中,将2018年4月―2019年4月收治的41例患儿设为常规组,常规组给予常规护理,将2019年5月―2020年4月收治的41例患儿设为互动组,互动组在常规组的基础上联合互动护理干预。比较两组患儿康复锻炼依从性、家属护理满意度及干预前后日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、智商(IQ)及发育商(DQ)评分。结果:互动组康复锻炼依从性为95.12%、家属护理满意度为97.56%,高于常规组的65.85%、80.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.182、4.493,P<0.05)。与常规组比较,干预后互动组ADL评分及IQ、DQ评分较高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.612、5.863、4.035,P<0.05)。结论:互动护理干预应用于CP合并MR患儿中,能够有效增强患儿康复锻炼依从性,改善IQ及DQ,提高患儿生活能力,提升家属满意度。

Objective:To explore the application value of interactive nursing intervention in children with cerebral palsy(CP)and mental retardation(MR).Methods:A total of 82 children with CP and MR admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April2020 were selected as the research objects.The 41 children admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 were set as the routine group and given routine care.The 41 children who were admitted from May 2019 to April 2020 were set as the interactive group,and interactive nursing intervention was combined on the basis of the routine group.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise,family members’nursing satisfaction,activities of daily living(ADL),intelligence quotient(IQ)and developmental quotient(DQ)scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The rehabilitative exercise compliance in the interactive group was 95.12%,and the nursing satisfaction of family members was 97.56%,which were higher than 65.85%and 80.49%in the routine group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=11.182,4.493,P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the ADL scores,IQ and DQ scores of the interactive group after the intervention were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.612,5.863,4.035,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of interactive nursing intervention in children with CP and MR can effectively enhance the compliance of children with rehabilitation exercise,improve IQ and DQ,improve children’s living ability,and improve family satisfaction.
