预防护理措施对糖尿病足患者转归及复发的影响

Effect of Preventive Nursing Measures on Outcome and Recurrence of Diabetic Foot Patients

目的:探讨预防护理措施对糖尿病足患者转归及复发的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年4月驻马店市中心医院收治的98例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例。对照组常规护理,研究组实施预防护理措施。比较两组患者足部归转情况、自我效能及病情复发。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.130,P<0.05)。护理后研究组糖尿病自我效能量表(DSES)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.909,P<0.05)。结论:预防护理措施可有效改善糖尿病足患者归转情况,提高其自我效能,且显著降低复发率,推荐使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of preventive nursing measures on outcome and recurrence of diabetic foot patients.Methods:A total of 98 diabetic foot patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group implemented preventive nursing measures.The foot regression,selfefficacy and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.130,P<0.05).After nursing,the diabetic self-efficacy scale(DSES)score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.909,P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive nursing measures can effectively improve the outcome of diabetic foot patients,improve their self-efficacy,and significantly reduce the recurrence rate,which is recommended.
