协同共生:我国创业型大学建设的困境纾解

协同共生是未来组织的基本发展逻辑,创业型大学作为面向未来的大学,唯有协同共生,才能面对不确定的未来。在“双一流”建设、创新创业教育等多种教育政策的推动,与知识社会发展、组织使命变化、创新驱动发展战略、高等教育普及化等多重因素的驱动下,我国创业型大学建设进程日益加快。但是在建设创业型大学的过程中,在身份定位、价值观念、资源分配、权力主体等方面存在多种冲突,难以达到协同共生强调的整体效应。面向未来,可通过完善协同共生制度、发展协同共生创业文化、创新协同共生管理方式、构建协同共生责任共同体等路径,纾解并努力突破我国创业型大学建设的现实困境,助力我国高等教育强国梦与中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。

Collaborative symbiosis is the basic development logic of future organizations. Entrepreneurial universities, as future-oriented universities, can only face the uncertain future through collaborative symbiosis.Driven by various education policies such as “double first-class”construction and innovation and entrepreneurship education and multiple factors such as the development of knowledge society, changes in organizational mission,innovation-driven development strategies, and the popularization of higher education, the process of building entrepreneurial universities in China is accelerating. However, in the process of building entrepreneurial universities, there are conflicts in identity positioning, values, resource allocation, power subject, etc., and it is difficult to achieve the overall effect emphasized by the collaborative symbiosis. Facing the future, we can improve the collaborative symbiosis system, develop collaborative symbiosis entrepreneurial culture, innovate collaborative symbiosis management, and build a collaborative symbiosis responsibility community to relieve and strive to break through the practical predicament of the construction of entrepreneurial universities in China, and help the realization of the dream of becoming a powerful higher education country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
