氯盐及硫酸盐环境下C_(3)A水化的研究

摘要 为了研究氯盐、硫酸盐及氯盐和硫酸盐共同作用环境下C_(3)A水化进程,通过高温固相烧结的方法制备C_(3)A单矿物,利用XRD、SEM等分析方法研究了氯盐、硫酸盐及氯盐和硫酸盐共同作用对C_(3)A的水化过程.研究表明:随着掺入NaCl含量的增加,生成的Friedel′s盐逐渐增加,但存在一个最大值;随着掺入CaSO4·2H2O含量的增加,AFm盐的含量逐渐减少,AFt盐的含量逐渐增加;在C_(3)A∶CaSO4·2H2O>1∶3的环境中,水化早期,生成Friedel's盐、AFt,无Kuzel′s盐形成,水化后期水化产物以AFt、Friedel's盐为主;在C_(3)A∶CaSO4·2H2O<1∶3的环境中,水化早期,生成Friedel′s盐、AFt,无Kuzel′s盐,水化后期水化产物以AFt、AFm、Kuzel′s盐为主,而无Friedel's盐存在. To study the hydration process of C_(3)A in the environment of chloride,sulfate,and the interaction of both chloride and sulfate,the authors prepared the C_(3)A single mineral by high-temperature solid-state sintering.The hydration process of C_(3)A was studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that:with the increase of NaCl content,Friedel′s salt gradually increases,but there is a maximum value;with the increased content of CaSO4·2H2O,the content of AFm salt gradually decreases,and the content of AFt salt increases gradually;in the case of C_(3)A∶CaSO4·2H2O>1∶3,Friedel′s salt and AFt are formed in the early stage of the hydration process,but no Kuzel′s salt is formed;in the case of C_(3)A∶CaSO4·2H2O<1∶3,Friedel′s salt and AFt are formed in the early stage of hydration process,but no Kuzel′s salt is found.In the later stage of the hydration process,AFt,AFm,and Kuzel′s salts are the main hydration products,but there is no Friedel's salt.
