摘要
虚拟切片的优点已经得到广泛认可,尤其是云平台共享功能在新冠疫情期间线上实验教学中发挥了重要作用。但与显微镜线下实验教学相比,学生满意度一般。究其原因与线下教学方式师生互动更加实时、顺畅、直观密切相关。现阶段,推动虚拟切片成为线下显微镜实验教学的有效课外补充,可以充分发挥虚拟切片优越性,提高组织学等形态学实验教学效率。
The web-based digital microscopy system with virtual slides has been well received as an useful tool for histology laboratory education during Covid-19 Pandemic.Teachers and students are able to access to the histological images via computers or portable devices from anywhere with internet connection during the lock-down.Interestingly,student feedback has not been engaging as expected.The results of questionnaires of students’perception regarding the experience on learning via virtual or regular slides have revealed that students prefer to study laboratory histology with regular microscopes with face-to-face interaction.Virtual slides with digital microscopy system could be used as a complementary teaching support for improving the efficiency of experimental teaching of morphologies such as histology.
