安全学原理课程内容优化与教学方式创新探索——以双重预防机制教学内容为例

Optimization of Curriculum Content and Innovation of Teaching Methods of Safety Principle Taking the Teaching Content of Dual Prevention Mechanism as an Example

摘要 为解决安全工程专业核心课程安全学原理内容宽泛、抽象,且部分内容与相关专业课程重叠,以及课程教学方式单一等问题,本文以安全工程专业培养目标为导向,将安全学原理课程内容优化调整为6个知识模块,并在此基础上,以双重预防机制教学内容为例,鼓励学生教学过程中积极提问和质疑、创新教学思路,倡导学生提出解决方案,针对风险矩阵法在风险等级判定上的不足,调整安全风险严重性分级,引入事故关联度因子、事件关联度因子、重大危险源修正因子和重复事故修正因子,并针对重大危险源分级计算,提出暴露人员校正系数可统计毒害物质3000m范围内、其他物质2000m范围内常住人口,以及常住人口临界值可调整为30、100、300和500人等,训练学生解决问题的能力,同时提高学生学习参与感和积极性,对课程教学改革促进和学生培养质量提升具有重要意义。 In order to solve problems existing in a core course of safety engineering specialty,i.e.,the safety science principle,such as broad and abstract contents,overlapping with other relevant major courses in part contents,and single teaching method,in this paper,the course contents were optimized and adjusted into six knowledge modules insisting on object-oriented safety engineering training.And then taking the teaching content of the dual prevention mechanism as an example,the teaching idea was innovated,in which students were encouraged to actively ask and question,and were initiated to propose solutions.For example,in view of the shortcomings of the risk matrix method in the risk level judgment,the severity classification of safety risk was adjusted,and the accident correlation factor,event correlation factor,major hazard correction factor and repeat accident correction factor were introduced.In view of the classification calculation of the major hazard,it was proposed that the correction coefficient of exposed persons can count the permanent population within 3000m of toxic substances and within 2000m of other substances,and the critical value of permanent population can be adjusted to 30,100,300 and 500 persons.This can train students'ability to solve problems and improve students'sense of participation and enthusiasm in learning.It is of great significance to promote curriculum teaching reform and improve student cultivation quality.
