摘要 电力通信网的可靠性直接关系整个电力系统的安全运行。针对目前电力通信网可靠性评估中存在的不足,本研究首先结合文献资料和电力通信网运行实际,建立了科学合理的电力通信网可靠性评估指标体系。进而引入未确知聚类方法,构建了基于未确知聚类的电力通信网可靠性智能评估模型。最后通过实例分析,验证了该评估系统的可行性与有效性。研究成果可为电力通信网的可靠性评估提供一种新的思路和方法。 The reliability of electric power communication network is directly related to the safe operation of the whole electric power system. In view of the shortcomings in the current reliability evaluation of electric power communication network,firstly,this paper combines with the literature data and the actual situation of electric power communication network and establishes,a scientific and reasonable reliability evaluation index system of electric power communication network. Then the unascertained clustering method is introduced and the reliability intelligent evaluation model for electric power communication network based on unascertained clustering is constructed. Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system. The research results can provide a new idea and method for the reliability evaluation of electric power communication network.
