西医院校中医辨证实习课线上教学和混合式教学的比较与思考 被引量:2

Comparison and Reflection on Online Teaching and Mixed Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Practice Course in Western Medical University

摘要 目的比较混合式教学和线上教学在西医院校中医辨证实习课中的教学效果。方法选取临床医学专业学生分为2组,研究组采用混合式教学模式,通过线上-线下相结合的教学,对照组采用线上教学模式。教学效果通过考试成绩和问卷调查评估。结果研究组学生“案例辨证分析”和总成绩明显高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的教学模式可以提高学生中医辨证临床技能,增加学习中医辨证的兴趣,将理论和实践更好的结合,对教学方式满意度更高。结论混合式教学有助于提高西院校中医辨证实习课的授课质量,提高学生学习中医辨证诊治的水平及病案分析能力。 Objective To compare the teaching effects of mixed teaching and online teaching in the practice course of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in western medical university. Methods The students majoring in clinical medicine of the same major were divided into research group participated in the mixed teaching mode, through the online-offline teaching and the control group participated in the online teaching model. The teaching effect was evaluated by examination scores and questionnaires.Results The“case syndrome differentiation analysis”and the total score of the students in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the teaching model of the research group can improve students’ clinical skills of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, increase their interest in learning syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, better combine theory with practice, and had higher satisfaction with teaching methods. Conclusion Mixed teaching helps to improve the teaching quality of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation practice course in western universities, and improve students’ level of learning traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diagnosis and treatment and the ability of medical record analysis.
