摘要
目的探讨形成性评价应用于内科学中的教学效果。方法选取河北中医学院2015级、2016级针灸推拿专业本科2个班级学生共331人,分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用终结性评价,实验组实施“1+N”多元化形成性评价体系。研究结束,采用调查问卷评价学习态度、比较2组学生最终的综合考核成绩、实施效果。结果实验组学生对内科学教学方式的满意度、兴趣度、团队协作精神、临床思维能力和学习成绩比对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论在内科学教学中应用“1+N”多元化形成性评价,可以提高医学生的综合能力。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of formative assessment in internal medicine.Methods A total of 331 students from Grade 2015 and Grade 2016 classes of acupuncture and massage in Hebei University of Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group adopted summative evaluation,and the experimental group adopted“1+N”diversified formative evaluation system.At the end of the study,a questionnaire was used to evaluate the learning attitude,to compare the final comprehensive examination results of the two groups of students and the effect of implementation.Results The satisfaction degree,interest degree,teamwork spirit,clinical thinking ability and academic performance of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of“1+N”multiple formative assessment in the teaching of internal medicine can improve the comprehensive ability of medical students.
